A quick scroll through my Instagram shows you a lot about what you need to know about me at first glance: I love to lead an active life, I'm an avid fan of meal prep, I aim for my clients to work towards health not a number, and 9 times out of 10, if I'm not working, I'm cuddling with my precious kitties. What you may not notice is the years of an eating disorder that brought me down to my lowest - both in weight (at my lowest I was 89 lbs) and emotionally. I always felt I had to be perfect (aka skinny) so I meticulously worked out to lose every calorie I consumed that day. It wasn't until I worked out for me, and for my health, and started to take nutrition seriously that I started to truly love my body and what it can do. It led me to 4 certifications (and 2 on the way), thousands of clients served as an expert trainer in New York City, and to my present day, running my own business with clients that lift me up. This is my true calling, to empower you towards a future of health, happiness, self acceptance... and many many dance parties of course :) Wherever you are in your journey, welcome and I'm here for you!

You and I are more alike than you think...

dogs or cats?

Such an unfair question because I love both! I grew up with dogs, and my girl, Shaina, was my absolute best (furry) friend. But since I decided to become a city girl, and dogs are hard in NYC. I'm now somehow a proud cat mom of 4 (Bali, Mojito, Munchie, and Zorro), and they are the best!

beach or city?

Am I allowed to say both? It's my dream to live in warm weather, by the beach, ocean air, the whole deal ... but after living in NYC for the past 10 years, I can't help but also have that city girl engrained in me. I love the convenience of walking outside and grabbing an iced coffee, easily hopping on the train, or feeling the energy of such a cosmopolitan place.

sneakers or heels?

Honest truth? I don't think I'll everr (rrrrr) like wearing heels. I prefer to be close to the ground, and comfortable. I'm a dress and sneakers kinda girl! If I can't pistol squat in them, I won't wear them. Hey to each their own, but after my 7 years in the fashion world, I'll never touch those babies again. Anyone a size 8? But seriously, take them lol

let's get

The smallest shift in your mindset can absolutely change your life. So listen closely friend.... Life should be about the laughter around the table instead of shame around your food choices. There is no "perfect size". It doesn't exist! You can absolutely live a life free of counting every calorie on your plate...and that plate can most definitely include cheese & bread! No more thinking you need to go to the gym to burn off every "bad" food you ate over the weekend. You don't have to spend hours working out every week! ....And this may sound crazy, but you absolutely can be the woman who you want to be, right here right now. You may read this and feel immediately pulled to make healthier decisions out of self-love right this second because you know that it's time. Or you may not be ready yet to make the necessary updates in your life because they may feel scary or too new. Wherever you are is totally ok, and know that I am here to support you whether or not we are working together....yet.
